Whistleblowing Policy

Section 4 of the Ethical Code refers to the Whistle Blower policy. Personnel must immediately report to their direct superior, Head of Dept or Director in all instances when there is evidence or suspicion of any violations of this code, directly or indirectly committed by anyone for immediate action.

All information received will be investigated on a strictly confidential basis. According to the Ethical Code, the company reassures the whistleblower of full confidentiality and that there will be no termination, demotion, threat, prosecution or discrimination for those who report a violation of this Ethical Code.
